Agility Training

One-on-One

1-hour session of personalized Agility Training program designed by Kim that is specific to your sport and position.

Group Agility Classes

Classes of 4 to 10 people

For those athletes that play multiple sports and desire to increase their all around performance, Kim offers classes twice per week in a group setting. This is a great way to introduce your younger athletes to agility training!

Kim Monsour

Kim’s journey began as an avid athlete throughout her high school and college career. Graduating from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She embarked on a career as a personal trainer, wellness consultant and holistic health professional, working in that realm for seven years. She then pursued roles in sales before being called back to her roots and establishing Optimal Wellness in 2013.
